3. SMS/Text Messaging

DailyDSP uses SMS (text messaging) to deliver operational notifications to delivery associates. By providing a phone number and being enrolled in the DailyDSP platform by your employer, you consent to receive SMS messages from DailyDSP.

Types of Messages

• Route Assignments: Daily route information including route number, wave time, staging location, and vehicle assignment
• Schedule Notifications: Shift schedules, shift changes, and publication alerts
• Operational Alerts: Check-in reminders, time-sensitive operational updates
• Portal Access: Links to your driver portal for schedule confirmation and availability management

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your schedule. Typically 1–3 messages per scheduled work day. No marketing messages are sent.

Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from DailyDSP. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You can opt back in by replying START or by contacting your employer.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. DailyDSP does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

SMS Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained when your employer registers your phone number in the DailyDSP platform. Your phone number is used solely for operational messaging related to your delivery schedule and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting)
